Sunday Snippet - Happy Easter/Resurrection Day!

Good morning!

Just a quick note to encourage you this day - the day we commemorate when the LORD Jesus Christ rose from the dead.

In the midst of celebrating the traditional novelties of chocolate eggs and bunnies - of special gatherings with family and friends, delicious food and fun, I hope you also remember the true meaning of this day.

What the most important element of Easter Sunday is.

That Jesus Christ came to this earth to die for the sins of the world. That only through His shed blood on the cross and the resurrection of His body did He fulfill His purpose.

That purpose was to provide eternal life to those who put their trust in Christ and have forgiveness of sins.

For those who don't frequent a church on a regular basis, you can live-stream the service of my church at 10:30 a.m. (EDT). We are having a special Easter service with choir, orchestra, and children's choir. Or if you're in my neck of the woods - Greenville, SC - please feel free to come in person.
